Now through THIS FRIDAY, March 19th, we’re banding with several other indie creators to give one lucky winner $300 worth of sci-fi and fantasy books.

Part of the prize collection is the first volume of the one of my favorite recent comics/graphic novels: Saga.

The star-crossed heroes are imperfect, the worldbuilding is purposeful and intricate, and I absolutely love the art of Fiona Staples. It’s an epic and often bloody space opera/fantasy that was first introduced to me at my Friendly Local Comic Shop (which has since closed its doors). Come for the action and irreverence. Stay for the compelling characters!
