Quorum Profile: Tara Garwood

Tara Garwood

With our release of Quorum – The Messenger’s Tale, we wanted to share the bios of some of the voices you’re hearing.

Tara Garwood
Tara Garwood is an award-winning actress and filmmaker and the owner of Banner Day Films, a video production company specializing in working with nonprofits, causes and purpose-driven businesses. As an actor, Tara can be seen in such varied roles as an uptight presidential staffer in the HBO series “Veep”, Palin’s hairdresser in “Game Change”, a useless victim in “The Invasion”, a young single mother in “Lovely Molly”, and an insane knife-wielding uber-feminist in “Women’s Studies”. She has also lent her acting talents to two DC-area productions that received local Emmys. In her free time, Tara enjoys tinkering with her DSLR and all of its accoutrements, all things sci-fi, and lounging on the couch with her Boston Terriers. Tara is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA.
