Keith Waters is a native of Virginia. He started acting at the age of 14 in high school in Falls Church, VA, and graduated from the University of Virginia. Keith was a professional actor in the Washington, DC, area, while also employed as an attorney for the federal government. He has extensive experience playing comedic and dramatic roles in theatre and film, and he appeared in a principal role in the first season of The Wire on HBO. Keith recently retired as an attorney and is continuing to pursue his passion for acting in film and television.

He also is a published photographer with national credits, and his clients include the Washington NFL franchise and the Washington Ballet.
